Carers
Our carers are our biggest asset. We contract responsible individuals who are totally committed to their work and reflect the quality of service offered by our agency. They are interviewed, assessed, references and referees are thoroughly checked including a police record check to meet our strict criteria. Companionship, support and attention to our clients specific needs are all part of the carer’s daily routine. We will only arrange an introduction with a client when we are satisfied with a carer’s suitability for the position.
Quality Care and Independence
Our agency will provide help within the home. Carers will assist with getting up and going to bed, washing, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene. Help may also include; light cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and ironing. We are happy to cook, shop, drive and escort clients on outings. The quality care we provide allows clients a continued independence and ability to live in their own home. We are able to develop ongoing care plans suited to the individual needs of the client, and adapt them as required to maintain this independence.
